Founded in September 2014, Inkulu Pipe Solutions has grown into a trusted manufacturer of premium-quality HDPE piping systems. From the outset, our mission was clear: to deliver exceptional products while continuously pushing the boundaries of what is possible in pipe manufacturing.
What began with a production range of 16mm to 630mm pipes (PN4 to PN25) has evolved into a remarkable success story. In December 2019, Inkulu Pipe Solutions proudly achieved a South African first with the successful commissioning of our 1200mm pipe extrusion line — a milestone that reflects our commitment to innovation, growth, and industry leadership.
Today, Inkulu Pipe Solutions manufactures an extensive range of HDPE pipes from 16mm up to 1200mm in diameter, fully compliant with SANS ISO 4427 and ISO 4437 standards, and supported by a production capacity exceeding 1500 tons per month.
Our advanced manufacturing capabilities also allow us to produce high-pressure pipes up to SDR5, achieving pressures of up to 45 bar, tailored to meet specific customer requirements. In addition, we offer coil solutions ranging from 16mm to 40mm in convenient 500m lengths, providing flexibility and efficiency for a variety of applications.

Inkulu Pipe Solutions continues to strengthen its production capabilities through ongoing investment in cutting-edge technology. Our state-of-the-art pipe granulator allows us to maintain full control over all first-generation HDPE material produced in-house, ensuring complete quality assurance at every stage of the process. As a result, we confidently guarantee that only virgin, pipe-grade HDPE material is used across all our extrusion lines.
Beyond HDPE piping, Inkulu proudly manufactures and supplies a diverse range of complementary solutions, including Polypropylene (PP) hot water plumbing pipes and HDPE ducting for telecommunication fibre optic applications.
We also offer a comprehensive range of HDPE fittings, including fabricated fittings, as well as moulded butt-welding and electrofusion fittings, delivering complete, reliable system solutions for a wide variety of industries.
